Spooky Season

It's time for Halloween. The drug stores are heavy laden with candy, there are costumes hanging from the rafters at the party store, and those weird "seasonal" costume rental stores are springing up in vacant commercial spaces. Spooky.

One of the reasons I'm excited it's Halloween is that I'm going to a haunted house tomorrow. Yaay! It's at the Seattle Center, and it looks like it'll be fun.

The other reason I get excited about Halloween is pumpkin cookies. I'm sensing a post simmering at Edible Tales about them, so I'll let her tell the story... but they are tasty.
